Responsibilities- Prepare and review individual, corporate, and partnership tax returns
- Provide timely, accurate tax compliance and client service
- Collaborate with a small team and support firm growth
- 5+ years public accounting
- Bachelor's in accounting
- CPA preferred (EA considered)
- Compensation based on experience
- Full benefits + 401(k) + generous PTO
- Flexibility outside busy season
- Equity ownership path for the right fit
Primarily in-office with hybrid flexibility when workload allows. Sustainable hours—even in the busy season.
