Prospect with purpose, forecast responsibly, and consistently meet or exceed revenue and profitability goals Experience selling complex solutions, ideally in warehouse, material handling, or industrial environments Strong communication skills, financial mindset, and comfort managing multiple opportunities at once Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office, plus a willingness to keep learning and improving
