- Willing to travel and be away from home at least 3 weeks a month.
- 18+ years old, with a high school diploma or GED.
- Able to pass a medical exam & drug test.
- A licensed driver with a clean MVR (Motor Vehicle Report).
- Physically fit - Can lift up to 80 lbs. and work comfortably on rooftops and ladders.
- Honest, hardworking, and a team player who enjoys working outdoors.
- Construction or electrical experience is a HUGE plus!
- Installing lightning protection systems on high roofs and specialized grounding projects.
- Reading blueprints and construction plans to ensure top-tier installations.
- Handling and installing lightning protection cables.
- Ensuring all work complies with onsite safety regulations.
- Working as part of a team to complete projects efficiently.
- Tackling other duties as assigned-because every day is an adventure!
