• Assist skilled electricians with the installation of electrical systems in residential environments.
• Help with the preparation and organization of materials and tools for each project.
• Follow instructions and learn from hands-on experience for electrical tasks.
• Ensure compliance with all safety and electrical code regulations under supervision.
• Aid in the maintenance and organization of equipment and inventory.
• Provide support by managing worksite cleanliness and preparing the area for electrical work.
• Engage in Home Pro's continuous training programs to enhance electrical and safety knowledge.
• Develop skills to read and understand electrical blueprints and schematics with time and training.
• Support team members in delivering Home Pro's commitment to excellent service.
• Additional responsibilities assigned by the manager

• Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools preferred.
• Effective communication skills and ability to follow verbal and written directions.
• Physical ability to perform job tasks, including lifting up to 50 pounds and working in various conditions.
• Eagerness to learn and grow within the company.
• Strong work ethic and punctuality.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus but not required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to various job sites.
