We have 3 repair divisions which are capable of repairing any industrial equipment within a manufacturing facility. Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Omega Industrial Repair is seeking a motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our growing team. This role focuses on outbound sales, relationship building, and account management within the industrial repair market. You will work directly with manufacturing and industrial facilities to support their repair, replacement, and parts needs.
This is a high activity sales role that requires consistency, professionalism, and strong communication skills.
What You Will Do- Make 80 to 120 outbound calls per day using company provided leads
- Call businesses in manufacturing and industrial markets to offer repair solutions
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Manage assigned accounts and serve as the primary point of contact
- Consistently prospect new business and grow existing accounts
- Promote services across all three divisions:
Electronics & Automation , Hydraulic and Pneumatics, and Full Service Motor Shop - Identify opportunities for both repair services and new or surplus parts sales
- Follow up on quotes and open opportunities
- Document activity and customer information in CRM (Salesforce)
- Host meetings and tours when appropriate to review opportunities and services
- Collaborate with operations and leadership to ensure customer satisfaction
- Proven inside sales or outbound calling experience preferred
- Comfortable making high volume daily calls
- Strong communication and relationship building skills
- Organized and able to manage multiple accounts
- Self motivated with a results driven mindset
- Professional phone presence
- Ability to work full time in office
- Industrial or B2B sales experience is a plus
