• Drive membership growth by selling new memberships, processing renewals, and gaining referrals
• Follow up on leads on phone or application from web inquiries, referrals, and renewal
• With strong knowledge of equipment and amenities conduct customized tours to potential new members and sell membership
• Support daily operations, including cleaning tasks assigned by management
• Build strong relationships with members and the local community
• Assist with marketing initiatives and participate in promotional events

• Competitive base pay plus sales commissions and performance bonuses
