NTX is seeking an experienced and results‑driven Strategic Account Director with more than 10 years of success in selling embedded systems, industrial technology, building automation, or HVAC control solutions. This role is designed for a seasoned professional ready to take the next step in their career by leading comprehensive account strategies and driving revenue growth across complex, multi‑location customer environments. The position requires effective engagement with stakeholders at multiple organizational levels, both within customer organizations and across the NTX team, leveraging NTX technologies to deliver scalable solutions to Fortune 500 customer locations worldwide.
The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record of managing, expanding, and retaining large, complex accounts within industrial and commercial markets. Strong executive presence, sound judgment, and exceptional presentation skills are essential. The ability to quickly establish credibility and rapport while communicating effectively with technical, operational, and executive audiences in a wide range of settings is highly valued.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand revenue for NTX’s industrial embedded solutions, including HMI, control systems, PLC replacement solutions, and embedded motor controls.
- Develop and execute effective sales and account strategies to achieve established revenue targets and long‑term growth objectives.
- Build, manage, and sustain strong relationships with key decision makers and stakeholders within assigned target accounts.
- Present and demonstrate NTX’s industrial embedded capabilities to an expanding network of contacts within a defined set of named accounts, clearly articulating differentiated value propositions.
- Lead negotiations and close high‑value opportunities while ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering long‑term partnerships.
- Collaborate closely with product development teams and actively champion the voice of the customer throughout the organization.
- Minimum of 10 years of successful experience in technical or embedded systems sales.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute long‑term account plans that protect existing revenue while securing new design wins to support future growth.
- Proven capability to cultivate and maintain relationships with industry partners to strengthen market position and competitive advantage.
- Strong technical acumen, enabling effective advocacy for customer needs and meaningful influence on product strategy and planning.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with highly skilled technical and business professionals.
- Experience leading or coordinating cross‑functional teams.
- Working knowledge of industry regulations and standards related to electrical and electronic products.
