Role DescriptionThis is a full‑time on‑site role for an Outside Sales Executive based in Carrollton, TX. The role involves driving lead generation, building and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing clients, and achieving sales targets. The candidate will conduct client meetings, actively identify sales opportunities, provide excellent customer service, and support the overall sales strategy. This position also includes opportunities to collaborate with teams, lead sales initiatives, and ensure client satisfaction through effective communication.
RequiredSkills, Experience, and Qualifications
- Expertise in Lead Generation and Sales to drive business growth and meet targets
- Strong skills in Customer Service and Communication to build and maintain client relationships effectively
- Demonstrated experience in Team Leadership and collaboration to support sales initiatives and team performance
High level of interpersonal skills and ability to cultivate long‑term client partnerships - Ability to work independently while meeting deadlines and goals in an on‑site environment
- Previous experience in sales or a related field is preferred
- Utilize Salesforce for tracking sales activities, managing customer relationships, and reporting on performance metrics
- Proven experience in direct sales, preferably within Robotics/Automations or Lawn & Garden Equipment Manufacturing industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills, with the ability to connect with clients and understand their needs.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM (Customer Relationship Management) tools is advantageous.
- Strong self‑motivation and goal‑oriented mindset, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a fast‑paced environment.
- Adaptability to adjust sales tactics based on client feedback and evolving market demands.
- A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
