JOB DESCRIPTION
The project coordinator is responsible for supporting outside sales representative, managing the quoting, ordering, and implementation process from start to finish.
Responsibilities within this position will include:
- Creating Quotes
- Preparing Bid Responses
- Coordinating Full School, Turnkey Solutions
- Scheduling Deliveries
- Coordinating Installations
- Punch List Resolution
- Warranty Resolution
Other duties may include collaborating with sales representative, sharing in various office tasks and supporting other coordinators as necessary. The coordinator works very closely with the sales team, customers, vendors, installers, and freight carriers.
Qualifications:
- Positive attitude and team player
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities
- Attention to detail with exceptional accuracy
- Excellent customer service and project management skills
- Self-motivated, flexible, and dependable
- Exceptional written, verbal and math skills.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word & Excel
- Experience with RFP's and bids (preferred but not necessary)
- Experience with educational & office furniture manufacturers (preferred but not necessary)
