- Provide exceptional service throughout the customer's experience.
- Communicate effectively in person, over the phone and via email to discover the customer's needs.
- Advocate for Pack Auto Group by sharing what makes us the smart choice.
- Facilitate steps of the sales process, such as interviews, vehicle selection, test drives and financing.
- Seek opportunities to follow up with customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships and demonstrate teamwork.
- Approach, greet, and offer assistance to customers entering the dealership showroom or sales lot.
- Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses.
- Report to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analysis.
- Previous sales and/or customer service experience is a plus.
- Energetic with a high level of enthusiasm throughout the sales workday.
- Outgoing with a friendly personality, especially while handling objections and negotiating pricing.
- Quality customer service skills and strong communication abilities.
- Must be willing to submit to a drug screen prior to employment.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record acceptable to policies.
- Maintaining professional appearance.
