Role Summary

As the Commercial Account Sales Manager, you will identify and secure commercial vehicle opportunities, manage relationships, and drive revenue for fleet and business clients. The role offers a commission-based pay plan with significant upside for top performers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prospect, develop and close truck, SUV and fleet vehicle sales with commercial clients, municipalities, and service organizations.
  • Build and nurture relationships with decision‑makers (fleet managers, procurement officers, business owners).
  • Create tailored proposals, vehicle specs and business case presentations that align with client goals.
  • Collaborate internally with Sales, F&I, Service, and Parts teams to ensure smooth vehicle delivery, up‑fitting, financing and service agreements.
  • Manage a pipeline of opportunities and achieve or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Represent the dealership at industry networking events and maintain visible presence in the commercial space.
  • Maintain customer data in CRM, track metrics, and provide weekly reports to leadership.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of commercial vehicle or fleet sales experience (truck/SUV/fleet segment preferred).
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding quota.
  • Strong business acumen: able to sell value, manage cost of ownership conversations, and tailor vehicle solutions.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills; skilled at building long‑term relationships.
  • Comfortable working independently, self‑motivated, organized, and results driven.
  • Valid Texas driver’s license and clean driving record.
  • All potential employees must pass pre‑employment background check and drug screen.
