Bartender

Our client is a premium sports bar opening a brand-new location in Dallas Tx. Our client prioritizes quality over quantity and caters to high-end customers who equally want the same. A Bartender with the right experience and culture fit will be strongly desired.

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with consistency and flair.
• Engage guests with friendly, professional service and product knowledge.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, tools, and glassware.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with restocking and ordering supplies.
• Adhere to all alcohol service laws, safety protocols, and sanitation standards.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
• Collaborate with marketing and events teams to promote specials and drive traffic.
• Contribute to seasonal drink menus and promotional events when applicable.

• 1+ year of bartending experience in a fast-paced environment (sports bar and casual dining preferred).
• TABC certification required.
• Any relevant F&B or Mixology certification is a plus.
• Familiarity with POS systems, scheduling tools, and inventory software.

• Must be local or able to conveniently commute.
• Deep knowledge of spirits, wine, beer, and cocktail trends.
