As a Registered Nurse, you will deliver high‑quality, patient‑centered care in the Abdominal Transplant PCU, following state and specialty nursing standards and hospital protocols.

• Assess patient condition upon admission and each shift, promptly identifying and reporting changes.
• Perform and monitor beat procedures, administer medications, document care, and take appropriate action for unintended responses.
• Provide exceptional care by responding promptly to patient requests, anticipating needs, and resolving issues.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers about medical conditions, treatment plans, medications, side effects, and follow‑up measures.

• Registered Nurse (RN) credential.
• Associate Degree (or BSN) with 12‑month enrollment and 24‑month completion (Magnet Hospital).
• Minimum 1 year acute‑care RN experience; PCU and transplant experience preferred.
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) obtained within 6 months of start date.
• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) obtained within 30 days Eligibility.
