Location: Carrollton Regional Medical Center – Carrollton, TX
Salary: Based on experience

Job SummaryWe are seeking compassionate and skilled Registered Nurses (RN) to join our clinical care team. RNs at CRMC are essential members of the multidisciplinary healthcare team and are responsible for coordinating and delivering high-quality patient care. This role involves comprehensive assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation using the nursing process in accordance with physician orders and hospital protocols.
Key ResponsibilitiesAssess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal outcomes
Delegate nursing care tasks in compliance with the Texas Nursing Practice Act
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and care teams
Document assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately and timely
Provide education to patients and families based on their needs and understanding
Incorporate cultural, spiritual, and lifestyle differences into the plan of care
Support a safe, respectful, and nonjudgmental environment for all patients
Participate in interdisciplinary rounds and advocate for patient needs
Assist with direct patient care when clinical judgment and skills are required
QualificationsActive Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Texas
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
Strong critical thinking, communication, and collaboration skills
Ability to adapt to changing patient needs and prioritize care effectively
Working ConditionsPhysical:
Frequent standing, walking, and lifting (20–50 lbs.)
Environment:
Indoor clinical setting with occasional exposure to noise, dust, or fumes
Respiratory Protection:
May require fit testing and use of protective equipment due to potential exposure to infectious respiratory particles
