Pay or shift range: $78,000 USD to $93,000 USD. The estimated range is the budgeted amount for this position. Final offers are based on various factors, including skill set, experience, location, qualifications and other job‑related reasons.

Job Overview:

As a Production Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of our production process and the timely delivery of high‑quality products to our customers. You will be responsible for overseeing day‑to‑day production activities, coordinating schedules, and implementing process improvements to optimize productivity and quality.

What You will Do:

• Achieve desired production performance results across all KPIs, including tracking and ownership of improvement for key KPI’s.
• Supervise and direct the work of direct reports (25 to 35) across assigned shift. Identify projects to drive to reduce waste and increase efficiency.
• Responsible for safety compliance and environmental policies and for ensuring that all employees adhere to these policies, including basic housekeeping and 5S.
• Utilize time‑keeping system to monitor and approve work hours.
• Assist in projects related to safety and process improvements.
• Work well cross functionally with maintenance and quality to ensure optimal production and to products meet specifications.
• Ensure employees have the proper training and tools to perform their job effectively and efficiently.
• Actively lead and/or participate in plant Safety Committees, OEE workshops and projects, 5S and kaizen projects, etc.
• Assist on the production line when needed.

You will Be a Good Fit If You Have:

• 2+ years of experience in a production supervisory role within a manufacturing environment.
• 1+ years plastics blow molding operations (injection of preforms, 2-Stage, EBM, ISBM, IBM).
• Strong leadership and people skills, with the ability to effectively manage a diverse team.
• In-depth knowledge of production processes, including assembly, machining, and quality control.
• Proven history of implementing process improvements to drive operational efficiency.
• Excellent problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities.
• Proficient in using production management software and ERP systems.
• Demonstrated understanding of safety regulations and ability to promote a safe working environment.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written in English and Spanish
