Buzz Ballz is a woman-founded, ready-to-drink cocktail brand launched in 2009 in Carrollton, Texas. Known for bold flavors, quality ingredients, and a fun, distinctive approach to beverages, Buzz Ballz quickly grew from a local idea into a nationally recognized brand.

• Understand, comply with, and promote all safety requirements related to barrel making, processing, and warehouse operations.

• Safely operate equipment and industrial vehicles; report all safety concerns, accidents, and near misses immediately.

• Participate in facility-wide safety inspections and accident investigations.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and debris-free work environment at all times.

• Follow established standards to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality products and excellent customer service.

• Ensure daily production goals are met in compliance with safety, quality, regulatory, food safety, and environmental guidelines.

• Adhere to all SOPs and company policies for barrel making, processing, and warehouse operations.

• Perform duties including, but not limited to: quality inspections, equipment operation, cleaning, and general plant maintenance.

• Continuously seek opportunities to improve performance, quality, efficiency, and cost control.

• Proactively contribute ideas to improve daily operations and departmental KPIs.

• Communicate effectively across departments to support operational success.

• Develop a personal development plan with guidance from leadership to improve skills and performance.

• Take ownership of career development by identifying goals and communicating progress with supervision.

• Model behavior aligned with the Sazerac Ideal Team Member Profile and company values.

• Foster respectful, professional working relationships and contribute to a positive team environment.

• Preferred Qualifications:
  
  Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience (2 years preferred).

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work across all levels of the organization.

• Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly.

• Proven ability to drive results in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

• Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds without assistance.
