** Job Summary
** Control or operate machinery or equipment to assist with manufacturing, packaging, and other steps along a production line. May be expected to handle heavy machinery.

** Where You’ll Make a Difference
*** Accurately and efficiently manufacture batches in the Reactions department.
* Measure, weigh, and record all required materials using equipment such as floor scales and flow meters.
* Correctly add materials into pressure kettles and mix tanks following established procedures.
* Operate pumps, tanks, scales, and other production equipment to complete batch processing.
* Maintain clean, safe, and sanitary work areas, ensuring equipment is properly cleaned and in good working condition.
* Follow all safety guidelines, including wearing a full‑face respirator when handling designated materials.
* Collaborate effectively with team members in a fast‑paced environment.
* Support weekend production needs to fulfill customer orders when required.
* Identify opportunities for process improvements and support continuous improvement efforts.
** What Makes You the Right Fit
*** Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.
* Previous manufacturing experience preferred.
* Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs without difficulty.
* Ability to accurately weigh and measure ingredients with various tools.
* Quick learner with a proactive mindset for improving processes.
* Capable of wearing a full‑face respirator when required.
* High School diploma or GED required.
* Computer literate with the ability to navigate multiple windows and transactions.
* Strong teamwork and communication skills.
* Dependable, safety‑conscious, and detail‑oriented.
* Experience with SAP systems.
* Forklift training or certification.
* Previous experience in batch processing or chemical manufacturing.
