** INDUSTRIAL ELECTRICIAN (3RD SHIFT) - CARROLLTON, TX**
* ** Shift Hours = 10 PM - 6 AM
**** OVERVIEW:
** The Electrician is responsible for performing basic electrical maintenance and repair tasks. This role supports the maintenance team in ensuring the reliability and safety of electrical systems and equipment.
** WHAT YOU'LL DO:
*** Perform routine electrical maintenance tasks, such as replacing fuses, bulbs, and wiring, under the guidance of senior electricians.
* Diagnose and repair electrical issues, such as short circuits, faulty wiring, and control panel malfunctions, using technical manuals and schematics.
* Support Preventative Maintenance Technicians in completing electrical PM tasks as needed.
* Conduct visual inspections of electrical systems to identify wear, damage, or potential hazards.
* Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to safety protocols, GMP, and food safety regulations.
* Document maintenance activities, including work orders, parts used, and time spent, in the CMMS.
* Assist in the installation, setup, and testing of new electrical equipment.
* Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions to ensure consistency and compliance.
** WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
*** High school diploma or equivalent.
* 2+ years of experience in an electrical maintenance role, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
* Basic understanding of electrical systems, tools, and equipment.
* Willingness to learn and follow instructions.
* Strong attention to detail and safety awareness.
