Packer | Hiring Immediately – Carrollton, TX

• Starting hourly rate: $15.50 – $17.50 plus a $1.50 shift premium for the night shift

• Night Shift – 7:00 pm to 7:00 am

• Understand and follow all JSA’s and safety procedures/policies
• Inspect finished product before it is packed into cartons and notify the bag line operator of quality issues
• Weigh and number cases, complete proper documentation
• Stack finished product on pallets evenly and correctly
• Assist the converting operator in all roll changes
• Check that all safety guards are in place and functioning at the station
• Perform quality checks and complete related documentation
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Assist the converting operator as assigned

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Eligible to work in the United States
• Successful completion of a pre‑employment background and drug screen
• Willingness to work overtime as required
• Ability to satisfactorily complete training courses as determined by management
• Ability to perform the essential functions of the job with or without accommodation
