A leading packaging manufacturer in Carrollton, Texas, is seeking a Production Planning Manager. This role involves managing production scheduling, overseeing inventory control, and providing leadership to a team of 9. The ideal candidate should have over 5 years of experience in Planning or Materials Management, preferably in an industrial environment, and a bachelor's degree in a related field. Additional experience with BAAN software and strong analytical skills are preferred.

This position requires little to no travel and will involve month-end activities, potentially requiring some evening participation outside traditional hours.
