Assembly Technician Wanted in Manor, TX!

Staffmark is hiring an experienced Assembly Technician for an exciting opportunity! This is your chance to get your foot in the door with our partner company.

Pay Rate: $18 - $18.50 per hour
Shift: Monday - Friday | 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM

• Assemble mechanical components and subassemblies with precision
• Perform helium leak tests and use power tools with confidence
• Read and follow work instructions, blueprints, and schematics
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace while meeting quality standards
• Communicate with your team to ensure efficient workflow
• Contribute to cleanroom production, inspection, and product testing

• 1 year of related experience in a manufacturing or cleanroom environment
• Experience with hand tools, subassemblies, and leak testing is preferred
• Must be able to read and interpret assembly instructions, blueprints, and part lists
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills required
• Basic computer and documentation skills preferred
• Ability to lift 25-50 lbs., stand for long periods, and maintain focus in a fast-paced environment
• Quality-minded with great attention to detail
• Team player with solid communication skills and a willingness to learn
