As a Screen Printer at Rebel Athletic, you will be hands‑on in producing premium prints for apparel and accessories that meet our high‑quality standards. We specialize in premium water‑based and plastisol screen printing using industry‑leading M&R automatic equipment, so you’ll work with top‑tier tools to ensure the highest level of precision and finish. You will operate and maintain screen‑printing equipment, mix inks, ensure accuracy in color and placement, and help deliver flawless products to our customers.

This role is perfect for someone detail‑oriented, quality‑focused, and ready to thrive in a fast‑paced production environment.

• Prepare and operate manual and automatic screen‑printing presses
• Mix and match inks to achieve precise colors and finishes
• Set up screens, substrates, and ensure proper alignment and registration
• Inspect printed items for quality, correcting any defects as needed
• Maintain equipment and work areas to ensure optimal performance
• Follow production schedules and assist with workflow improvements
• Report equipment malfunctions or process issues promptly to supervisors

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 1 year of experience in screen printing or related production work
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail and quality control
• Basic knowledge of screen preparation, ink mixing, and curing processes
• Reliable transportation and consistent attendance

• Experience operating automatic screen‑printing equipment
• Familiarity with specialty inks (metallic, glitter, etc.)
• Understanding of apparel production workflows
• Mechanical aptitude and strong problem‑solving skills

This is a full‑time, non‑exempt position based at Rebel Athletic’s production facility. Expect a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment with exposure to noise, heat, and chemicals (inks, solvents). Personal protective equipment (PPE) is provided and required. Extended standing and occasional overtime may be needed during peak production periods.
