** Overview:
** The Maintenance Mechanic I role is responsible for performing maintenance tasks, including troubleshooting and repairing manufacturing equipment. This role requires moderate supervision and may include mentoring technicians or other maintenance members
** What You'll Do:
*** Perform mechanical repairs and troubleshooting on manufacturing equipment.
* Conduct detailed preventive maintenance to minimize downtime.
* Train and mentor Preventative Maintenance Technicians as needed
* Assist in identifying parts and tools needed for repairs.
* Collaborate with other departments to address maintenance needs.
* Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements.
** What You'll Need:
*** High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred.
* 2+ years of experience in industrial maintenance or a related field.
* Proficiency in reading mechanical diagrams and manuals.
* Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
