Type: Full-Time
We are seeking a detail-oriented Inventory & Deployment Technician to join our Managed Services team. This role is responsible for hardware inventory management, shipping and receiving, asset tracking in Connect Wise Manage, and imaging/configuring desktops, laptops, and tablets for client deployment.
Key Responsibilities- Receive, inspect, and track incoming IT equipment
- Manage inventory and maintain accurate asset records in Connect Wise Manage
- Prepare and ship equipment to clients
- Image and configure Windows desktops, laptops, and tablets
- Install OS, updates, required applications, and security tools
- Perform quality checks prior to deployment
- Maintain organized storage and conduct inventory audits
- 1–3 years of IT, deployment, or MSP experience preferred
- Experience with Connect Wise Manage or similar PSA tool
- Familiarity with Windows 10/11 imaging and device setup
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Experience with Microsoft 365, Intune, or Autopilot.
