Network Connex is a leading provider of fibre optic and data centre infrastructure solutions.

Base pay range: $25.00/hr - $35.00/hr.

This position requires maintaining quotes, purchase orders, documents, project plans, project reports, project deliverables and vendor management.

• Quote entry - gather project manager quotes and enter them, as well as project budgets into Net Suite.
• Project Creation - input PO information, update budget information, coordinate manpower with PMs and update Net Suite resource assignments.
• PO Creation - create purchase orders to distribution vendors and subcontractors; track materials, update PMs on ETA, validate receipt and input into Net Suite.
• Vendor onboarding – work with Supply Chain to onboard new vendors, customers and contractors.
• Net Suite Management – focus on active projects, adjust quotes, budgets, dates, add change orders.
• Reporting – provide financial reporting and project tracking as required.

• Experience in the telecommunications industry.
• Associate degree or equivalent work experience.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and prioritisation skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook);
  Net Suite experience a plus.
• Ability to read and write in English.

• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
