• Support the therapeutic milieu under the supervision of an RN
• Supervise and maintain patient safety
• Ensure consistent delivery of the schedule/program
• Safeguard the dignity and respect of patients and guests

• Must be at least 21 years old
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Valid Driver’s License with a favorable Motor Vehicle Report
• Proof of Insurance
• CPR and CPI Certification within 30 days of employment
• Experience in inpatient psychiatric or healthcare settings preferred
• Previous direct patient care experience with chemical dependency, dual diagnosis, psychiatric, or geriatric patients preferred
