Responsibilities include:

• Building meaningful relationships with patients and their families in an inpatient setting.
• Collaborating within a multidisciplinary team including clinicians, patient care technicians, dietitians, social workers, and physicians.
• Providing specialized, complex care for patients with multiple co-morbidities requiring tailored treatment plans.
• Managing a diverse group of patients with varying levels of acuity, supporting patient observations and high-quality care delivery.
• Working typically 12-hour shifts, three days per week, with some holidays and weekends required.
