A Typical DayThe Process Improvement Analyst will provide operational and analytical support on a broad variety of activities with a focus on identifying and implementing process improvements.
The Process Improvement Analyst will:
- Analyze current process standards, procedures, workflow and metrics in order to provide solutions designed to improve our customer experience and lower our cost to serve
- Provide analytical support for process support group
- Develop ad-hoc reports, working with the applicable department management, and providing variance explanations and identifying performance improvement opportunities
- Assist business units with streamlining business processes to improve productivity – participate in process deep dives (leveraging Lean/Six Sigma skills) to identify opportunities
- Provide general administrative support for the process improvement team as needed
- Perform other related duties as required and assigned
- Demonstrate behaviors which are aligned with the organization’s desired culture and values
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- 3+ years of hands on experience in process improvement role
- Certification as a Green Belt or Black Belt Lean or Six Sigma or equivalent experience preferred
- Must be highly proficient in Excel (i.e. – pivot tables, vlookup) and PowerPoint with ability to create executive-level presentations; proficiency with MS SQL Server Studio a plus
- Ability to perform root cause analysis on a transactional basis

CompensationIndividual salary may vary based on multiple factors including specific role, geographic location / market data, and skills and experience as defined below:
- Lower in range - Building skills and experience in the role
- Mid-range - Experience and skills align with proficiency in the role
- Higher in range - Experience and skills add value above typical requirements of the role
Some roles may be eligible for performance-based compensation and/or stock-based incentives awarded to employees based on company and individual performance.
Salary$55,000 - $85,000
