A Typical Day

The Process Improvement Analyst will provide operational and analytical support on a broad variety of activities with a focus on identifying and implementing process improvements.

The Process Improvement Analyst will:

  • Analyze current process standards, procedures, workflow and metrics in order to provide solutions designed to improve our customer experience and lower our cost to serve
  • Provide analytical support for process support group
  • Develop ad-hoc reports, working with the applicable department management, and providing variance explanations and identifying performance improvement opportunities
  • Assist business units with streamlining business processes to improve productivity – participate in process deep dives (leveraging Lean/Six Sigma skills) to identify opportunities
  • Provide general administrative support for the process improvement team as needed
  • Perform other related duties as required and assigned
  • Demonstrate behaviors which are aligned with the organization’s desired culture and values
What You’ll Bring
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • 3+ years of hands on experience in process improvement role
  • Certification as a Green Belt or Black Belt Lean or Six Sigma or equivalent experience preferred
  • Must be highly proficient in Excel (i.e. – pivot tables, vlookup) and PowerPoint with ability to create executive-level presentations; proficiency with MS SQL Server Studio a plus
  • Ability to perform root cause analysis on a transactional basis

Compensation

Individual salary may vary based on multiple factors including specific role, geographic location / market data, and skills and experience as defined below:

  • Lower in range - Building skills and experience in the role
  • Mid-range - Experience and skills align with proficiency in the role
  • Higher in range - Experience and skills add value above typical requirements of the role

Some roles may be eligible for performance-based compensation and/or stock-based incentives awarded to employees based on company and individual performance.

Salary

$55,000 - $85,000
