Entry‑Level Loan Processing Assistant
We are seeking a detail‑oriented individual interested in building experience within the mortgage and lending industry. This role provides hands‑on exposure to loan structure, credit review, and income documentation while working closely with established policies and procedures.
What You’ll Do- Learn and work within loan systems, including Encompass
- Review loan structures and assist with file setup
- Evaluate income documents (W‑2s, pay stubs), asset statements, and credit reports
- Verify documentation accuracy by referencing company policies
- Gain experience identifying acceptable documents and determining usability
- Support reporting and basic 10‑key tasks
- 2 years of related experience preferred
- Encompass experience strongly preferred
- Experience in loan processing, credit review, or mortgage support is ideal
- Strong attention to detail and comfort reviewing financial documents

Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Carrollton, TX. Fully onsite.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $23.00 - $23.00/hr.
