Financial Analyst

24 Hour Flood Pros is a national leader in the roofing, solar, remodeling and restoration industries with over 100 locations. We are seeking a hungry, humble, and smart financial analyst to join our Finance and Accounting team.

• Own monthly reporting of existing and de novo businesses and their impact on financial planning.
• Support the CEO and CFO’s office in optimizing resource allocation and maximizing ROI.
• Support and assist in day-to-day accounting activities, account receivables, accounts payable, reconciliations, and monthly closings.
• Support the preparation of all financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, tax returns, and filings with various governmental agencies.
• Assist in creating presentations for leadership and Parent company leadership on financial and operational results.
• Provide strategic financial input and leadership regarding key financial and accounting processes.
• Collaborate with owner-operators to drive profitability and manage profit-loss statements effectively.
• Prepare the company for a potential private equity transaction, including financial readiness, operational due diligence, and strategic positioning.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (Master’s degree is a plus) and at least 3 years of experience in business analysis, investment banking, consulting, or corporate strategy.
• CPA and / or CFA is a plus.
• Expertise in financial modeling, valuation, and data analytics.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in financial data analysis.
• Strong communication skills and experience working with C-suite executives.
• High level of responsiveness and professionalism.
• Proficiency in ERP Systems, Google Suite, Power
  
  BI, and other data visualization tools.
• Advanced Excel & PowerPoint skills.

Compensation: $85,000.00 - $ per year
