Our Mini Box+ is the first Complete Pulmonary Function Testing (PFT) system with desktop, cabinless, and gasless plethysmography, as well as Spirometry and DLCO testing. The Mini Box+ is widely used by physicians across the USA and around the world, and has been clinically proven and extensively validated.
Role DescriptionThis is a full‑time, on‑site position for a service engineer Biomedical Engineer will be responsible for supporting product design, development, and testing of medical devices, such as the Mini Box+. This role includes performing troubleshooting, quality assurance testing, and on‑site installation/training for the Mini Box+. The Service Engineer will also be responsible for providing excellent customer service and conducting routine maintenance on the Mini Box+ systems.
This is not a remote job and requires domestic travel (40‑60%) for on‑site training and installations.
- Experience in maintenance and repair of medical devices is a plus
- Strong troubleshooting skills
- Field service experience is a plus
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Attention to detail and ability to follow standard operating procedures
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering or related technical field preferred
- Ability to lift up to 60 lbs
- Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
