The Opportunity:Senior Design-Build Estimator (Mechanical)
We are seeking a Senior Estimator with deep expertise in design‑build mechanical projects. This role is ideal for a mid‑career professional who combines technical knowledge with creativity, accuracy, and leadership presence.
Key Responsibilities- Lead estimating efforts for HVAC and piping design‑build projects.
- Develop innovative cost‑effective proposals for healthcare, data center, and light industrial clients.
- Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and senior leadership to deliver winning solutions.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members as needed.
