Job Description

Are you a licensed School Psychologist driven by the opportunity to create meaningful change for students? Clarifi Staffing Solutions is currently recruiting a skilled and compassionate School Psychologist to join an Ohio school community.

This full-time position offers the chance to make a direct impact by supporting students as they navigate academic, behavioral, and social-emotional challenges. In this role, you’ll provide thoughtful, evidence-based services within a collaborative school environment.

You will partner with teachers, administrators, and families to strengthen student outcomes, contribute to proactive school-wide initiatives, and help foster a supportive, student-centered learning culture.

As the School Psychologist, you will deliver comprehensive services that support both individual learners and the overall school community. You will conduct psycho-educational assessments, participate in eligibility and IEP meetings, and partner with educators, administrators, and families to design effective, data-informed interventions. Beyond evaluation, the role emphasizes prevention, early intervention, and school-wide practices that promote student wellness, resilience, and positive learning environments where students can succeed academically, socially, and emotionally.

Requirements
  • Prior experience in a school-based setting is preferred.
  • Valid Ohio School Psychologist license or eligibility for licensure.
  • Master’s degree or higher in School Psychology, Educational Psychology, or a related field.
