Position: Dean of Enrollment, 2 Hour Learning - $200,000/year USD

Most admissions professionals maintain existing systems. Your mission is to dismantle whatroke and build something superior. 2 Hour Learning compresses a traditional school day into two hours through AI-driven, mastery-based applications. No teachers. No lectures. No wasted hours. Our students achieve learning outcomes at 2.6 times the national averageonfirmed by MAP assessment data. Their afternoons are dedicated to life skills development, personal enrichment, and substantive projects.

Your role: oversee complete admissions operations for your assigned campusallas, Santa Barbara, or San Franciscoirect ownership of your entire pipeline. No bureaucracy. No transfers. No unnecessary complexity. You1 convert prospective families into enrolled students through rapid responsiveness, transparent outcomes, compelling campus visits, and rigorous selectivity standards. You1 be the deciding factor when families commit to an educational institution unlike any theyre encountered.

What You Will Be Doing
  • Replying to prospective family inquiries within 4 hours using customized, targeted messaging that avoids templated language.
  • Conducting campus tours and informational sessions that demonstrate precisely how and why our accelerated model works, and which families it serves.
  • Managing every stage of the admissions process: applications, shadow visit days, decision conversations, and family onboarding.
  • Maintaining accurate, up-to-date CRM and student information system records for weekly performance review, particularly within Hub Spot.
  • Continuously improving admissions materials, standard operating procedures, and frequently asked questions based on live parent feedback and conversion metrics.
What You Won’t Be Doing
  • Supervising staff. This is intentionally structured as an individual contributor position.
  • Operating within bureaucratic constraints. We function at startup velocity, not traditional institutional timelines.
  • Enrolling every applicant. This educational model serves specific families, and your responsibility includes selecting appropriate candidates.
  • Downplaying our differentiation. Our results carry more weight than conventional approaches.
  • Working remotely. This position requires in-person campus presence plus attendance at occasional local outreach events.
Dean Of Enrollment

Key Responsibilities

Command and enhance the complete admissions journey to convert qualified prospects into enrolled families. Build and maintain a high-conversion, highly selective pipeline that embodies the precision and excellence of the 2 Hour Learning approach.

Basic Requirements
  • 3+ years managing end-to-end admissions at a selective, tuition-charging academic institution
  • Documented track record managing competitive enrollment processes from initial inquiry through final commitment
  • Outstanding communication capabilities across written correspondence, presentations, and personal consultations
  • Ease and professionalism when engaging affluent families and sophisticated decision-makers
  • Solid operational discipline, including CRM expertise (Hub Spot experience particularly valued), time management excellence, and meticulous attention to accuracy
  • Current residence in or readiness to relocate to Santa Barbara, San Francisco, or Dallas
  • Current authorization to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship
Nice-to-have Requirements
  • Background in prestigious K2 independent school admissions or selective college enrollment
  • Track record organizing high-engagement, high-yield recruitment events
  • Proficiency with analytics, performance indicators, and evidence-based strategy development
  • Knowledge of AI-enhanced or mastery-based learning frameworks
