. We are seeking 1 energetic and self-motivated individual to engage with customers who are interested in selling or trading their vehicles. Your main responsibilities will include handling inbound and outbound leads, negotiating with potential sellers, and ensuring outstanding customer satisfaction.

- Manage a high volume of outbound calls to connect with potential sellers and maintain consistent follow-up.
- Negotiate effectively with customers to achieve win-win outcomes.
- Collaborate with buyers to provide accurate information and support during the purchasing process.
- Handle online inquiries with professionalism and attention to detail.
- Follow established processes to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
- Experience in a BDC role at a dealership is highly preferred.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Weekends required
- Ability to handle a high volume of calls and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Negotiation skills and a customer-concentric mindset.
- Willingness to work weekends.
- Open to learning and adapting to new processes and systems.
