Estimating Coordinator

We are seeking individuals to join our Sales/Estimating team in order to help us continue to grow and adapt to the future of commercial construction. The ideal candidates will strive to do their best each day, keep the best interest of the company in mind at all times, and desire the opportunity to learn and grow in a thriving environment. We are looking for candidates who will identify the issues and opportunities for improvement and bring the proposed solutions to management, not the reverse!

We are looking for self-motivated, driven and highly efficient individuals to help us move into the future.

Pay: $50,000-$70,000 yearly (based on experience)

• Prepares work to be estimated by gathering bid invitations, proposals, blueprints, specifications, RFIs, ASIs, and all other related documents
• Analyze and evaluate offers
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with vendors
• Visit construction sites and other venues as needed for estimation
• Compute overall costs for project (labor, material, and time)

• 3 plus years in Commercial Construction
• Associates Degree
• Pre-Construction
• Ability to multi-task and work under pressure to meet deadlines

All positions will be based out of our Corporate Office in Carrollton, TX, and are in office positions.
