Job SummaryCarrollton Regional Medical Center is seeking a proactive and results-oriented Business Development Specialist to support the growth of our healthcare services, particularly in addiction and recovery. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, and building lasting partnerships to increase patient outreach and program visibility.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct market research to identify trends and new opportunities
- Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, networking, and research
- Build and maintain relationships with referral sources and strategic partners
- Track outreach activity and maintain accurate records of leads and communications
- Collaborate with internal teams to align outreach strategies with organizational goals
- Report regularly on progress, outreach effectiveness, and partnership outcomes
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Previous experience in business development, outreach, or sales (healthcare preferred)
- Understanding of addiction recovery services a plus
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Self-starter with strong organizational and time-management abilities
