• Prepare, review, and finalize customer inspection reports with exceptional accuracy
• Ensure all service documentation is complete, properly formatted, and submitted on time
• Identify and correct discrepancies before reports are finalized
• Coordinate with technicians and service managers to gather required information
• Maintain organized digital records across multiple systems
• Enter and manage data in various software platforms
• Support daily administrative operations within the service department

• Process oriented and systems minded
• Comfortable in a structured, performance driven environment
• Self starter who requires little oversight
• Consistently meets or exceeds deadlines

• This is an in-office position and requires daily on-site attendance
• Fast-paced service environment requiring strong focus and organization

• Required 2+ years of administrative or service support experience
• Demonstrated ability to manage detailed documentation with minimal errors
