** Your work ensures our reporting is accurate, our projects stay on track, and our leadership team has the insight they need to make sound decisions.

This role plays a key part in our monthly close process and in maintaining the financial integrity of every project we touch.
** What You’ll Do
*** Support the monthly accounting close and reporting cycle, including journal entries, accruals, reconciliations, and Percentage of Completion (POC) entries
* Monitor vendor and subcontractor invoices, commissions, compliance documentation, and overall project financial activity
* Generate and analyze reports including Payroll, A/R, A/P, Contract Status, and Job Cost, identifying discrepancies and trends
* Assist with budgeting, forecasting, audit support, and continuous improvement of workflows, procedures, and internal controls
** What You’ll Bring
*** Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
* 3+ years of project accounting experience with solid knowledge of GAAP and standard accounting practices (Experience with WIP or Percentage of Completion (POC) accounting is a plus, not a requirement)
* Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with accounting/ERP systems such as Quick Books, Net Suite, or similar platforms
* Highly detail-oriented, organized, and analytical, with strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a deadline-driven, evolving environment
