We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our team. As a Bookkeeper, you will play a critical role in maintaining accurate financial records for our organization. Your expertise will ensure the smooth and efficient management of our financial operations and office management.

• Record day‑to‑day financial transactions.
• Verify that transactions are recorded in the correct suppliers ledger, customer ledger, and general ledger.
• Reconcile accounts to ensure their accuracy.
• Process payroll in a timely manner.
• Issue invoices to customers and follow up on outstanding payments.
• Monitor office and employee expenses and verify that transactions are properly recorded.
• Prepare financial reports, such as balance sheets and income statements.
• Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.

• Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in Quickbooks online and Excel.
• Solid understanding of bookkeeping and accounting principles.
• High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
