Senior Accountant

Are you a detail-oriented Senior Accountant with strong industry experience and advanced Excel skills? We’re partnering with a growing, multi-entity organization seeking a hands-on accounting professional who can own the close process, analyze financial data, and drive process improvements.

The Senior Accountant will play a key role in ensuring accurate financial reporting, supporting the month-end close, and partnering with leadership to provide actionable insights. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys digging into the details while improving processes.

• Lead and execute month-end and year-end close activities
• Prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial statements
• Analyze variances and provide clear explanations to leadership
• Maintain general ledger integrity across multiple accounts/entities
• Support budgeting and forecasting efforts
• Assist with audits and ensure compliance with internal controls
• Identify opportunities to streamline and automate accounting processes

• 3+ years of progressive accounting experience within the industry (not public accounting only)
• Strong understanding of GAAP
• Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, complex formulas, data analysis, Power Query)
• Experience working in ERP systems
• High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
