Training pay: $18-$21 per hour
ResponsibilitiesBuilding relationships, managing your service route, and maintaining a safety‑first mindset. Perform residential pest control, mosquito services, and termite inspections. Monitor termite bait systems, problem‑solve customer accounts, and provide consistent communication with customers.
- Build lifelong connections with internal and external customers to deliver excellent service every time.
- Manage your universal service route with strong time management skills to stay on track and complete all tasks.
- Maintain a safety‑first mindset when operating company equipment or driving your company vehicle.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- No experience required. Must be 18 years of age.
- Valid driver’s license required.
- Ability to work in the field independently and manage route‑based assignments.
- Physical demands: safely use a ladder within capacity, lift up to 50 lbs, access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, roof tops, and work in all weather conditions.
- Training pay $18‑21, a company vehicle, and a company cell phone.
