• Coach and mentor team to improve sales and membership sign-ups
• Coordinate and participate in local marketing campaigns
• Assist guest with App and membership sign-ups
• Host customer appreciation events

• Partner with local businesses to market Tommy’s
• Provide quick and friendly customer service to our guests within the car wash
• Exceed overall guest expectations on experience
• Create and retain new customer relations, including sales of monthly wash packages
• Learn and operate all aspects of POS and LPR systems to operate car wash equipment
• Help maintain wash equipment and perform routine care as needed
• Oversee all property aesthetics
• Maintain cleanliness of interior and exterior of car wash and grounds
• Monitor the wash quality of the vehicle
• Exemplify and uphold the WE OWN IT culture

• Preferred fluency in Spanish but not required.

This position has no direct supervisory responsibilities.

This position may be part or full-time. On average, part-time team members will work 16-24 hours a week, while full-time team members will work 30-40 hours per week. This position requires weekend work shifts.

This job operates in a professional retail environment. Car wash operating hours are Monday through Sunday from 7:00am - 9:00pm. This role routinely operates in all areas of the car wash facility, including both indoor and outdoor work.

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by a Team Member to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.

While performing the duties of this job, the team member must be able to:

• Able to work in a fast pace environment
• Able to move about inside the office to access file cabinets and office machinery, etc.
• Able to effectively communicate, detect, converse with, discern, convey, express oneself and exchange information
• Able to move equipment weighing up to 30 pounds.
• Able to work and commute in all weather conditions
• Able to walk, bend, twist, turn, stoop, climb steps, reach with hands, use hands to fingers.

Travel may be required for sales and marketing opportunities.
