Retail Store Manager – Ollie's Bargain Outlet, Inc.

We are seeking a dynamic Retail Store Manager to lead our store operations, build and develop associate teams, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

• Provide financial oversight of sales, profit goals, payroll budgets, store banking, shrink reduction, and other key initiatives.
• Demonstrate Ollie's “Yes I Care, Yes I Can” behaviors and ensure company standards are met in all associate and customer interactions.
• Execute merchandising strategies, store standards, seasonal transitions, and inventory processes to achieve operational goals.
• Coach, train, develop, evaluate, supervise, and schedule store associates.
• Maintain security of the store location and company assets.

• High school diploma or equivalent (required).
• Minimum of 3 years retail management experience with a mid‑to‑large size retailer.
• Schedule flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and seasonal periods.
• Valid driver’s license.

• Lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Push and pull up to 35 pounds.
• Stand for extended periods in a safe manner.
