Position OverviewWe are seeking a skilled and compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join an established neurosurgery practice. In this vital role, you will provide comprehensive care throughout the entire surgical continuum, directly impacting patient recovery and satisfaction. PrimaryResponsibilities
- Participate in multidisciplinary rounds to provide clinical insights and coordinate comprehensive treatment plans
- Conduct hospital rounds one weekend per month, ensuring continuity of care and consistent patient oversight
- Perform patient assessments, assist in surgical procedures, and manage post-operative care
- Serve as a vital communication link between patients, families, and the surgical team
- Master's degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
- Valid Georgia Nurse Practitioner license with appropriate certification
- Required:
Experience in neurosurgery, neurology, or pain management - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a patient-centered approach
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
- Competitive annual salary: $130,000 - $150,000, commensurate with experience
