This role is a critical member of our Calibration & Electronics Product Development Team. The Coordinator ensures our products remain competitive, well‑positioned, and properly supported throughout their lifecycle while driving new product development with the Engineering team.
DescriptionWe are looking for a proactive, detail‑oriented individual with strong organizational skills and a data‑driven mindset. The ideal candidate can coordinate across Engineering, Marketing, Purchasing, and Leadership in a fast‑paced, cross‑functional environment.
Responsibilities- Ensure existing products are competitively priced and positioned on a regular cadence.
- Partner with Marketing and Listings to keep product information accurate and up to date.
- Collaborate closely with the R&D team to drive new product development initiatives.
- Build and maintain a product roadmap aligned with company goals.
- Source vehicles for testing, installation, and development needs.
- Work with Listings to ensure new products are accurately merchandised on customer‑facing websites.
- Partner with Marketing to develop compelling product launches and sustained post‑launch strategies.
- Work with R&D to create and maintain customer‑facing installation guides and product videos.
- Support the creation of internal instruction manuals for Sales and Customer Service teams.
- Collaborate with R&D to build and maintain a knowledge management platform containing calibration rationales, SOPs, reference materials, and technical documentation.
- Maintain alignment between Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and Leadership.
- Provide leadership with regular updates on timelines, risks, and project statuses.
- Support organization and workflow optimization within the Calibration & Electronics Product Development Team.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Project Management, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to bridge technical and operational conversations effectively.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general PC skills.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment.
Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in leadership, project coordination, or other cross‑functional collaborative roles.
- Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira).
- Strong data analytics skills, including forecasting, pricing analysis, and competitive benchmarking.
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings, CAD files, or technical specs.
- Familiarity with automotive parts, performance tuning, electronics, or related industries.
- Experience with product merchandising, e‑commerce, or digital marketing.
