We are seeking an experienced Production Manager to lead manufacturing operations at our Carrollton facility. This role is responsible for overseeing production activities, ensuring products are assembled efficiently, on time, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will bring hands‑on automotive manufacturing experience, strong leadership skills, and a focus on safety and continuous improvement.

• Experience in automotive component manufacturing (required)
• Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
• Several years of supervisory experience in manufacturing
• Strong knowledge of production processes, quality standards, and safety compliance
• Proven ability to lead teams, resolve conflicts, and implement continuous improvement initiatives

• Direct all production activities for assigned shifts, ensuring timely completion of production and delivery schedules.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, quality, and safety.
• Monitor labor operating efficiencies and machine utilization; report findings to management.
• Conduct performance evaluations for supervisors and support the development of Team Leaders and Technicians.
• Maintain a safe work environment and uphold 5S housekeeping standards on the production floor.
• Investigate downtime, lead 8D corrective actions, and implement solutions to prevent recurrence.
• Collaborate with Operations Manager to manage staffing, scheduling, and personnel decisions.
• Promote a positive management approach, actively participate in meetings, and resolve conflicts proactively.
• Ensure strict adherence to Quality Control standards and uphold the company’s reputation as a quality producer.
• Analyze production processes to identify improvement opportunities and enhance plant profitability.
• Communicate effectively with employees to maintain engagement, trust, and high performance.
