Overview
Tanner Health is seeking a Minimally Invasive Surgery (MIS) fellowship trained Foregut General Surgeon to join our hospital employed Carrollton Surgical Group consisting of 7 experienced general surgeons and 4 full-time APPs.
Responsibilities- Assume the established foregut practice of an experienced MIS fellowship trained general surgeon as he approaches retirement at the end of 2026
- Shared 1:6 general surgery call rotation with dedicated APP support
- Tanner Health facilities include DV 5 and XI robots as well as outstanding nursing support
- Tanner Health does not offer bariatric surgery
- MD or DO degree from a fully accredited medical or osteopathic school of medicine
- Unrestricted Georgia physician license, or able to obtain
- Completion of Minimally Invasive Surgery (MIS) fellowship required
- Board certified or eligible in General Surgery
- Competence to perform a full spectrum of routine general surgery procedures
