Job Description

We’re looking for qualified drivers to staff Domino’s stores across Iowa. Our drivers enjoy a flexible schedule, allowing you to balance work with school, family, or a second job. Domino’s offers growth opportunities from delivery driver to management or franchise ownership.

• Must be 18 years of age or older with a valid driver’s license, a clean driving record, and access to an insured vehicle suitable for delivery.
• Ability to read maps, locate addresses within the designated delivery area, and navigate multi‑story buildings and adverse terrain.

Many team members begin as delivery drivers and eventually become franchise owners, managers, or corporate operations staff. Our stores provide a path to long‑term career growth.

• Operate all equipment.
• Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, and walk‑in cooler.
• Prepare product.
• Receive and process telephone orders.
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Clean equipment and facility daily.

• Orientation and training provided on the job.
• Ability to comprehend and give written instructions.
• Verbal communication skills to process orders over the phone and in person.

• Basic math skills with calculator; accurate and quick.
• Make correct monetary change.
• Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
• Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers for rapid, accurate movements.
• Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.

• Exposure to varying weather conditions during outside tasks.
• In‑store temperatures range from cool to hot (up to 90°F).
• Fumes from food odors and cornmeal dust.
• Hot surfaces up to 500°F and sharp edges.

• Standing, walking, and occasional climbing of stairs or ladders.
• Lifting up to 50 lbs (cases of ingredients) and carrying larger loads.
• Pushing/pulling trays on dollies; needs moderate force.
