** Key Responsibilities
*** Operate production machinery and equipment according to established procedures.
* Perform routine equipment inspections and basic troubleshooting.
* Conduct quality checks and document production data accurately.
* Follow all safety, health, and environmental regulations.
* Maintain a clean and organized work area.
* Report equipment malfunctions, safety concerns, or quality issues to supervisors.

** Education and Experience
*** High School diploma or equivalent
* Previous experience in manufacturing or construction a plus.
* Forklift experience a plus.
** Qualifications
* ** Strong communication skills, strong math skills, and a positive attitude.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Proficiency in using drills, saws and small hand tools efficiently and safely.
* Proficiency in reading and using tape measures.
* Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
* Adherence to all safety policies and protocols.
* Ability to work mandatory overtime as needed.
** Physical Requirements
*** Ability to lift 20-50 pounds on a continual basis.
* Ability to safely operate drills, table saws and hand tools.
